ORDER & SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING/TRACKINGWhen will my order ship out to me? All orders ship within 7 to 10 business days once your purchase is complete. Orders are only shipped through USPS Priority Mail. The 7- 10 business days includes both processing and shipping. Shipping is not offered on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. If no one is available at your residence to recieve your package, you will recieve a notice from the mail carrier, which will note an attempt to be delivered again or you will have to go to your local post office to pick up your order. Express shipping is an additional fee of $25.00 added to your order to ensure on-time delivery TRACKING/ORDER STATUSOnce your order has been shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email, which will include your tracking information. EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/RETURN POLICYWanda Grace ensures all garments are made with quality and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you will recieve your choice of a merchandise credit or a partial refund, which will be a percentage taken off for the production of your purchase within 7- 10 business days, in the event that the merchandise is shipped back to us within 2-3 business days. If you are not satisfied within your orer, you must contact us within 24 hours. The item must be in the same condition it was in when first shipped to you and it must be unworn. You are responsible for all shipping return costs. We reccommend that you ship through your local post office. To avoid dissatisfaction, please choose the best size and style that fits your body type. If you need any additional assistance , please view our fitting guide or contact us directly at sales_wandagrace.com. STYLE BORROW1. To check availability on styles, fill out the Style Borrow Inquiry form, which should include the name of the dress and your size.2. To recieve your dress in time for your event, purchase must be complete at least 1 week in advance.3. Dresses included in the Style Borrow program are rented as is without any style and color changes made.4. You will be charged for any damages made to the dress you have rented.5. The dress must be returned within 2 days after your event date.6. Free priority shipping is included with your rental purchase. You will be responsible for the return of your dress, as we will prefer to to use USPS, which is a very cost- effective method.7. If you are in need of Express shipping, you will be charged an additional fee of $30.008. We will ensure that clean and high quality dresses are rented
